The image I began with was dull in colour so I began with editing the contrast and enhancing the colours already there:
After doing so, I then cropped the image into two halves for the front and back of the digitak:
Then I added the title and artist name to the front cover and the song list onto the back of the digipak using the font 'denver':
After Receiving feedback from my teacher I made some small but noticeable changes. First I made the back ground slightly darker so the text on the back would stand out more. Then I moved the artists name to the lower right hand corner of the front cover. Finally I removed the lamp post and sun from the image:
Finally I added the barcode, copyright text and logo of the record company to the back to make it more realistic and to follow the conventions of a digitak:
