Initial Ideas: Magazine Advertisement
For my magazine advertisement I will use the same background that will be used on the album cover to make everything pull together nicely. The fonts and colours will all stay the same. There will be a small amount of writing which will be all the important information.
Focus Group Opinions:
1: Again I like both options but think they would mix better together. I think maybe using the lines from the poster onto the album cover may look good as it will create continuity.
2: I like the pastel option but again, I think that the white writing stands out less.
3: The left hand one is my favourite as it stands out more and it would be more eye-catching if it was on a wall compared to the other. Although I think it should be dimmed slightly as it could be considered tacky.
4: I would like the poster if the background colours met in the middle. I think it would be good use of colour and the white writing would still stand out.
